FORESIGHT DEVELOPMENT and SURVEYING COMPANY (FDSC) has been established as engineering consulting entity, founded and managed by professionals having relevant technical background, extensive trainings and proven track record on their respective field of practice or expertise.

The firm (FDSC) was formerly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 25, 1997 known as Foresight Surveying Company whose prime indulgence was to carry out works only for surveying and other related geodetic engineering services.

Amidst the firm’s interest to provide comprehensive engineering services in addition with the survey works, and in lieu of the opportunity where demands for service providers were predominantly increasing and obviously because of the nation’s continuous economic development, the firm then made a major move and amended its articles of partnership on December 29, 2005 on particular purpose for which it was intended for and that is to upgrade its services being offered. The firm has expanded its consulting services that range from master planning and land development, feasibility/project study, environmental study, detailed architectural and engineering design project management, construction supervision, and other services for allied technical advisory.

The strength of the firm (FDSC) to undertake project commitments is directly dependent on the key staff and competent consultants who are composed of master planners, civil engineers, architects, electrical engineers, sanitary engineers, highway engineers, hydrologists, environmental engineers, economists and social/institutional specialists.
