is the top man designated to oversee and manage the firm’s affairs.  He is a professional Civil Engineer for over thirty (30) years with work experience and expertise in highway engineering.  He has been previously employed by several consultancy firms for engagement on various types of projects being implemented by the government and private sectors.  Given his enhanced experience in providing consultancy services, he can assure delivery of quality works to clients which are acceptable and complying with the requirements of the project.

Asst. Managing Partner / Operations Manager for Administration and Finanace – Naty Ruby L. Umlas

is a civil engineering graduate with extensive experience in highway engineering for more than three (3) decades. Her exposures include overseas projects in Bangkok, India, Cambodia and Vietnam where she has successfully completed high profile highway projects. Being the Asst. Managing Partner, Ms. Umlas’ responsibility to the company’s management is to assist the Managing Partner in overall management of the firm which includes Business Development, Representation with various Clients and Coordination with Division Managers and Supervisor for Project Implementation. Also, She is responsible in the review of budget and expenditures, supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s automated financial systems.

Operations Manager for Engineering Services - Mr. Miguel B. Palomo

has bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and holds an internationally recognized civil/municipal engineering qualification as Registered Civil Engineer.  He has over 25 years of fruitful and extensive experience in the implementation of project development study/master development plan and detailed engineering designs of ODA and locally funded multi-sector infrastructure projects particularly road, bridge, drainage, flood control and airport projects implemented by various government and private implementing entities such as the DPWH, DOTC (ATO), LRA, MICT, NIA and Manila Yacht Club to name a few.  Aside from the Philippines, he has experience working in developing countries in South East Asia including Indonesia and Vietnam, involving urban development projects, rendering basic engineering services for various infrastructures.  His wide range of experience also involves working on internationally funded multi-sectoral urban development projects.

Operations Manager for Surveying Services - Mr. Graciano B. Bruan

is in-charge in monitoring the conduct of survey works.  He is a professional Geodetic Engineer and has been in practice for over forty (40) years which made him an expert in handling all types of survey works required for particular infrastructure projects.  During the early years of his career, he has experienced handling assignments for the project in different stages such as project study, engineering design and project implementation.

Operations Manager for Business Development – Ms. Rosalia C. Punay

 is a civil engineering graduate with extensive experience in highway engineering for more than three (3) decades. She is responsible for Business Development of the Company in terms of identifying and develop a rapport with new clients and set targets for the services, work with the Business Development Group (BDG) to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives.

Operations Manager for Geotechnical Services – Mr. Celestino Avis

is a professional Civil Engineer with Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering and Master’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering. Has over twenty (20) years of professional experience and practices varied facet of Geotechnical Engineering. These includes foundation engineering, ground improvement, geotechnical hazard assessment, soil and rock mechanics, roads and bridges, slope stability analysis, structural and ground forensic investigation, engineering geology, material testing, construction quality control and assurance, field and laboratory materials testing. As Operations Manager for Geotechnical Services, he is in charge for the overall management, supervision of sampling and laboratory testing, prepares factual and evaluation report for soil and geotechnical investigation projects.
